Effluent treatment for anodizing lines

The treatment plant is engineered as a single process system, integrated with the anodizing line and its control platform. The equipment configuration is decided case by case, against line throughput, the volume and composition of the effluent, the process chemistry in use, the plant's operating pattern, the applicable environmental regulations and the required quality of the treated water.

    Storage, make-up and dosing of the reagents used for neutralization and precipitation.

    pH neutralization, heavy metal precipitation, coagulation and clarification.

    Final polishing

    Filtration down to the required limits - for discharge, or for returning the water to the process.

    Sludge dewatering

    Sludge is dewatered to a cake suitable for removal and disposal.

Compliant discharge
